Clear Giving Charitable Association


The objective of the Clear Giving Charitable Association is to benefit the philanthropic activities of select non-profit 501 (c) 3 charitable organizations, within the greater Southern California area.

Disbursement of Funds

·         An elected board of directors will decide upon disbursement of the funds.  Said charities receiving donations will be of a nature of, but not limited to, such non-profit charitable organizations as:   City of Hope research hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, the Food Bank of Southern California... 

·         At no time will any monies be donated to organizations that are of the following nature: political, ethnic, and/or any controversial subject/entity.

Membership Dues

  • Membership dues are $5.00 per year.

Who may participate in Clear Giving Charitable Association:

  • Any individual living in the greater Southern California area will be eligible to join CGCA by completing the membership application found online at the Clearpath Federal Credit Union web site or a Clearpath branch.
  • Members would have the opportunity to renew every year, by debiting their account with Clearpath, by checking the appropriate box on the membership application.  Members not wishing to renew yearly would check that appropriate box.
  • Members would be given the opportunity to donate an additional amount, above and beyond the minimum amount required for membership.
  • No member will be turned down for membership, unless the individual’s method of paying their membership is rejected, i.e., Non-Sufficient Funds check.

  • Assisting 501 (c) 3 charities in advancement of their mission
  • Vote in the annual election
  • Potential of joining Clearpath Federal Credit Union
  • Donations may be made at any of the Clearpath branches or by mail.  Checks should be made payable to Clear Giving Charitable Association.  If already a Clearpath member, the funds may be deducted from an eligible account.
