External Transfers Currently Unavailable

Dear Members,
We are experiencing an issue with our external transfer service, and it is currently unavailable. However, you can still send money to another financial institution through our Bill Pay feature by following these steps:

  1. Click on Transfer & Pay
  2. Select BillPay
  3. Choose Pay a Person
  4. Enter the account information from the other financial institution
  5. Complete the verification process
  6. Set up the transfer to be received at the other financial institution in 2-3 business days
